Free shipping on all full-priced orders above HKD $8,000 internationally. Customs duties are not included.
An HKD $300 shipping fee applies to orders below HKD $8,000. Duties and taxes are not included.
In stock jewelry : Delivery within 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch.
Made-to-order pieces : Delivery within 3 weeks of shipping.
We do not ship to postal boxes or hotel addresses.

We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse; However, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received.
Personalized and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled after payment is settled.
